MONO CYCLONE - S
The specially designed construction that separates the air and electrostatic powder paint from each other with the help of centrifuge movement is called cyclone. When the mixture of air and powder paint coming into the cyclone with a certain air flow rate enters this special construction, it slows down due to the enlargement of the section and performs the vortex movement.
Thanks to this movement, when the mixture of air and powder paint undergoes multiple changes from rapid movement to a larger volume, the powder falls down due to gravity and the air passes to the filter section.
This construction eliminates the chimney system and will bring your company in terms of time and money.
In industrial facilities, they are used for separating dust-laden waste gases such as smoke gases and coarse dust particles contained in process air and gases from the air.
The dusty gas entering the Multijet cyclone group tangentially with high speed from the Dirty Gas Inlet Collector is given a helical flow form through the cyclone construction, and the particles with higher density than the carrier medium are directed to the cyclone walls with centrifugal force. Particles that lose their inertia due to the sudden change in speed in the cyclone flow through the cyclone wall and flow into the conical collection bunker with a high angle at the bottom. As a result of this mechanism, the dusts contained in it are sent to the dust bunker below, and the purified gas is given to the filter unit from the upper part of the cyclone through the outlet pipe in the cyclone center.
The cyclone consists of two separate units. Powder paint particles thrown in the cabin are absorbed by the cyclone. The dust absorbed is collected in the storage under the cyclone. The powder paint accumulated here is then transferred to the tank of the powder coating gun and reused. This transfer can be done manually or automatically if requested.
