JET-CYCLONE UNITS
Mono or multi cyclones are combined with Jet pulse filter unit to achieve much higher efficiency in powder paint suction systems. In this way, filter cleaning is done automatically without the need for filter cleaning in standard mono cyclone systems.
Working principle
Powder paint recycling is provided by mono or multi cyclone. Powder paint particles sucked with the air are thrown into the cyclone body by one or more centrifugal rotation movements of 180 degrees. The second vortex formed in the middle compartment lowers the dust particles to the cyclone bucket over the cyclone cone.Small fractures that occur as a result of the collision of fast moving particles with each other are directed to the suction pipe in the middle with the air and pass into the filter group. Here, the filters are cleaned at certain intervals with automatic jet pulse valves and the residual paint passes to the bucket. The powder paint accumulated in the cyclone bucket during operation is directed to the powder paint tank manually or automatically. Thus, powder paint is put into use again.
Color change is much easier when the cyclone body is made of stainless steel.Losses from breaks are 4%.
Filter group body is made of powder coated galvanized sheet metal panels. There is a radial type suction fan on the upper part. The pulse valve group on the filter group ensures filter cleaning automatically with jetpulse reverse pressure air.
With the 2 differential pressure manometers on the filter group, the filter pollution condition can be observed.
Teflon filters are used in the filter group. Maintenance is very easy thanks to the sealed covers designed for filter replacement.
Fan suction value can be adjusted with lever air damper.
