DOUBLE-AXIS ROBOTS

Our priority is to lower the production costs of our customers in the facilities we manufacture from Double Axis Robot, Powder coating systems to enamel furnaces. Powder coating robots are also among the products that customers with high production capacity use in the facilities. The 2-axis robot is recommended and produced according to the product that our customers will paint. Electrostatic powder coating robots have been produced with high quality equipment in order to remain long-lasting as a result of our research. The chain drive system has been changed and the trigger belt drive system has been switched to, thus extending the service life. Friction and vibration are minimized with the specially designed movement and drive system, and it has been made to give the sinus movement on the part without distortion with its thinned body structure. The 2-axis robot produced with the touch screen option has the ability to store the product feature in the memory.
